My stay was fantastic and exceeded my expectations this time around. The location was perfect for exploring Tromsø, with easy access to museums and the harbor. Oh man, the food at Clarion was a real jaw-dropper! The hot tub with river views was perfect for a late-night chill. Plus, the restaurant staff really made us feel at home with their warm service.

The spa could also use a bit more love, as some amenities weren’t working right.

The location near the harbor was fantastic. I loved the views during breakfast and dinner. it added a special touch to each meal. The complimentary meals were a highlight. breakfast offered various options, and dinner was decent. The room was clean, but the lighting could use improvement. it felt a bit dark at times. I was disappointed with the staff's attitude at the restaurant, especially when they were curt during busy hours. The lack of a kettle in the room was surprising for a hotel in a cold area like Tromso. Overall, it was a solid stay with room for improvement.

We had a fantastic stay! Enjoyed the hot tub on the roof after long days exploring the area. The included meals, especially dinner, were delicious and catered perfectly to our family's taste buds. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home.

In my wife’s opinion, it would have been great to have daily housekeeping, especially with kids around messy rooms.
